Earlier today, around 1:23PM MST, we began noticing performance issues in our east coast search servers. Once identified, we switched all of our traffic to our west coast servers while we worked to mitigate the issue. At this point the problem migrated to our west coast servers, but quickly resolved itself. Once the issue was resolved, traffic was balanced between east and west coast servers again. There was approximately two minutes of partial downtime and 15 minutes of slower than normal response times due to this incident.
